Charlotte was amazing from the off!
On the day it was very hot - with a newborn and a 2 year old too we never felt rushed, stopped for feeding and snack breaks (if you have a toddler you know), she was amazingly patient with my little boy who wasn't in a cooperative mood and despite him refusing all coaching she was able to capture some beautifully soft and candid memories we will be able to treasure for a life time!
